History was made on the 8th day of December ,2018 as key Officers of Biafra Customary Government under the Elders signed a legal document creating –The Customary Government of the Indigenous People of Biafra still living in Nigeria.Dr Dozie Ikedife signed on behalf of the Supreme Council of Elders of Biafra,Engr Anthony Aniebue signed for the Officers of the Customary Government of Biafra(CGB) while Nwada Rita Anigbogu of Movement of Biafrans in Nigeria signed for the Biafran Politicians.Gen Akpo Nwoko signed for the War Veterans and Bilie Human Rights Initiatives.
Barr Emeka Emekesiri-the Chairman of Biafra project Phase 2 and movement of Biafrans in Nigeria signed for the Legal Team.With this document ,Biafrans are now set to engage other parts of Nigeria in legal,economic and political activities to ensure that the interest of Biafrans who believe in the legal methodology is pursued .The event took place in Enugu with hundreds of Biafrans in attendance.The event also witnessed the inauguration of Biafra project phase 2.The phase 2 project will establish Biafrans as indigenous people in Nigeria and restructure Nigeria into Regional Government.

The Chairman of the Biafra Project Phase 2 told BVI Channel 1 reporters that Biafrans must be free to control their economic and political aspirations. According to Barr Emekesiri, actions will be initiated in few weeks time to demonstrate the seriousness of the project.
Already ,thousands of Biafrans across the globe have started updating their details in the Biafra Database designed and built to capture up to 70 million Biafrans scattered everywhere in the world.Those who have updated the details in the website www.ipobgovernment.org were issued with Biafra identification certificate duly signed and coded.Daniel Nwabisi (07031337215) was appointed to manage the registration exercise in Nigeria.
BVI Channel 1 online gathered that many other activities like political,economic ,educational activities have been put in place to bring Biafrans together under a De Facto Government .
